Our experts will guide you through a selection of the library's most captivating Washington vintages, each thoughtfully matched with artisan chocolates from Curated Gig Harbor. You’ll discover firsthand how the "spirits" (tannins) in a bold red can be beautifully softened by rich, dark chocolate, and how the "sparkle" (acidity) of a bright white wine can perfectly complement a lighter, sweeter bite.
